AI phone ordering for RES 3700
Zogu answers your restaurant's own phone, takes the order and puts it straight into Oracle MICROS RES 3700.
What it does for an Oracle MICROS RES 3700 restaurant
Zogu takes phone orders the way your staff would, and puts them where your staff would.
- Orders go straight into Oracle MICROS RES 3700, so nobody types them in again.
- The menu comes from Oracle MICROS RES 3700: items, options and prices. There's no second menu to keep.
- Calls come to your restaurant's own number, one number per restaurant.
- It takes pickup and delivery orders, and table bookings in Zogu's own diary.
- Regulars are greeted by first name and can ask for "same as last time".
How a call goes
Zogu asks what the caller would like and takes the order item by item. When they're done, it reads the whole order back once with the total and asks for one yes. The order is sent to Oracle MICROS RES 3700 while the caller is still on the line, then Zogu says goodbye and hangs up without waiting for the kitchen. Step by step: how Zogu takes a phone order.
What it won't do
- No transfers to staff, ever, and no promised call-backs.
- No card details by voice. Paying by a texted link is built but not switched on yet.
- In testing: no restaurant uses Zogu yet, and so far it has only taken test orders.
